It’s June 1, 2025. And honestly? I wasn’t sure I’d still be here — writing this, showing up, running this business.
The past two quarters have stretched me beyond what I thought I could handle.
I’ve sat in silence staring at my laptop, wondering if it was time to walk away. I’ve wrestled with the guilt of choosing work over family some days, and the shame of choosing rest over productivity on others. I’ve cried. I’ve prayed. I’ve questioned my calling.
And yet… I’m still here.
Not because I’m strong.
Not because I figured it all out.
But because God. Kept. Me.
The Weight We Don’t Talk About Enough
If you’re a high-achieving woman — especially one trying to build a business while still clocking into a 9–5, loving your family, and holding space for friends — you already know.
- We don’t just carry spreadsheets and strategies.
- We carry the emotional labor of showing up — even when our souls are tired.
- We carry the tension of being the strong one — even when we’re the one who needs to be held.
- We carry the pressure of being everything for everyone — while quietly losing pieces of ourselves.
Sound familiar?
I see you, sis.
The ones who used to believe entrepreneurship would offer freedom — but instead found burnout dressed in pretty Instagram quotes. The ones who loved their corporate careers but felt a deep tug for more — and now feel caught in the in-between. The ones who feel like they’ve fallen behind, even though they’re doing the most.
I was her too.
From Hustle to Harmony

This season taught me that hustle culture is a liar. It promises glory but delivers guilt. It tells us we have to “keep going” to be worthy, seen, successful.
But the truth? Breakthrough often begins in stillness.
When I let go of trying to do it all and started to be in His presence — that’s when things began to shift.
I remembered:
- 🌿 I don’t have to earn God’s favor — it’s already mine.
- 🌿 I don’t have to hustle for visibility — He’s already called me chosen.
- 🌿 I don’t have to force my future — because what’s mine is already aligned with His timing.
I realized that as women, we are allowed to be soft, safe, and secure — not just in business, but in Him.
And in that softness? We find our power.
If You’ve Been Thinking About Giving Up…
Let this post be your confirmation that it’s not over.
Let this be your permission slip to pause — not quit.
Let this be your reminder that rest is sacred, not shameful.
You are allowed to be tired. You are allowed to ask for help. You are allowed to let God carry you through this chapter.
Because from the ashes of burnout, legacy rises.
