About the High Performance Habits Framework


High Performance Habits is based on the scientific findings of the High Performance Institute Research Study. The findings of the study identified six key habits, today known as the Six Pillars of High Performance.

  • Over the course of six months, this coaching program, conducted in a group setting, will teach the Six Pillars of High Performance.
  • By the end of each session, you will have learned the strategies necessary to unlock your potential and maximize performance.
